Dominique Ahkong is an Arizona-based writer of Hakka-Mauritian descent. Her poetry appears in The Southern Review, The Cincinnati Review, Best New Poets, Cherry Tree, The McNeese Review, and elsewhere. She co-edits Shō Poetry Journal.
