Shaan Amin

Shaan Amin is a history teacher based in Washington, D.C. His nonfiction is published or forthcoming in Black Warrior Review, The Atlantic, The New Republic, The Rumpus, The Caravan, Washington Square Review, and New Mandala. He received his PhD in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. He is currently working on two books.
