Eric E. Hyett

Eric E. Hyett is a poet and Japanese translator from Boston whose poetry frequently appears in magazines and journals. Hyett’s forthcoming chapbook Aporia will be published in September 2021 by Lily Poetry Review Books. His translation (with Spencer Thurlow) of Minashita Kiriu’s Sonic Peace (Phoneme Media, 2017) made the shortlists for both the 2018 National Translation Award and the Lucien Stryk Asian Translation Prize.
