Grace Metzler

Grace Metzler was born in 1989 in New York City and currently lives and works in Philadelphia. She has had solo exhibitions at V1 Gallery in Copenhagen; Taymour Grahne Projects in London; and Half Gallery, David & Schweitzer, and Thierry Goldberg Gallery in New York, among others. She studied at Tyler School of Art and earned an MFA from Hunter College, and in 2017 she received the Rema Hort Mann Foundation Emerging Artist Grant. Many of the paintings in the following pages appeared in her solo show Almost Home, which ran at Nunu Fine Art in Taipei from August to October 2025, immediately followed by a separate solo show at Nunu Fine Art’s New York gallery, Home Fries.
