Natalie Scenters-Zapico

Natalie Scenters-Zapico’s latest book is My Perfect Cognate (Copper Canyon Press, 2025). She is also the author of Lima :: Limón (Copper Canyon Press, 2019) and The Verging Cities (Center for Literary Publishing, 2015). Winner of Yale University’s Windham-Campbell Prize, her work has been supported by the Lannan and Poetry foundations. She teaches in the undergraduate and MFA programs in creative writing at the University of South Florida.
