Tong Wei-Ger

Tong Wei-Ger is one of the most celebrated contemporary Taiwanese writers. He holds a PhD in theater studies from Taipei National University of the Arts, where he currently serves as an assistant professor. His oeuvre includes five books of fiction and an anthology of plays. “The House of Spirits” is the prologue chapter of The Northwest Rain 西北雨, winner of Taiwan’s Golden Book Award in 2010.
