Wong Koi Tet is a writer in the Singapore Chinese literary scene and a former editor of the literary magazine Afterwards. Currently, he serves as a part-time creative writing lecturer at Nanyang Technological University. He has published several books of prose, poetry, and cultural commentary. Dakota (2018) won the 2020 Singapore Literature Prize in Chinese Creative Non-fiction. Excerpts from Dakota (translated by Shanna Tan) have also been published in The Southern Review and The Common.
