Julia Anna Morrison is a Pushcart-nominated poet and filmmaker with an MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. Her first book of poems, Long Exposure, was published in 2023 with Moon City Press, and her poems have recently appeared in Brink, Best American Poetry, and The Notre Dame Review. Morrison is an associate professor of instruction at the University of Iowa and has received fellowships from Yaddo and MacDowell.
